U.S. District Judge Amy Totenberg entered judgment in favor of Hooters (represented by Steve Hill and Martha Decker of HKW) against Enjoy Manufacturing

U.S. District Judge Amy Totenberg entered judgment in favor of Hooters (represented by Steve Hill and Martha Decker of HKW) against Enjoy Manufacturing, holding that Enjoy is liable to Hooters for trademark infringement on its web site. She has ordered Enjoy to stop all sales of “Hooters” related racing gear, and has further ordered Enjoy to provide Hooters with an accounting of all of its sales within 14 days. She has also indicated that she will award Hooters its attorney’s fees.
