In a pending fraud and RICO case brought by disgruntled Moe’s Southwest Grill franchisees against Moe’s founder Martin Sprock, Judge Richard Story of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia has entered an order granting motions for partial summary judgment dismissing twelve plaintiffs’ claims in their entirety. Mr. Sprock is represented by Steve Hill, Doug Kertscher, Blake Frye and Martha Decker.
