Hooters of America has been awarded $1,016,000.00 by U.S. District Judge Amy Totenberg in its trademark infringement cases against Enjoy Manufacturing relating to the sale of counterfeit Hooters racing kits. Steve Hill and Martha Decker represented Hooters in the case.
