Arguing on behalf of Impact Products in defense of a patent infringement suit filed in the US District Court for the District of Delaware by Rubbermaid Commercial Products, Steve Hill and Vivek Ganti obtained a very narrow claim construction of the patent in question.

After the end of two hours of oral argument, the Court announced the ruling in favor of Impact from the bench.  With this narrow claim construction, Impact expects to obtain a summary judgment of non-infringement, or a settlement dismissing the suit.
