2019 IAM Patent 1000 Recognizes HKW as a top Patent Litigation Firm

HKW, Steve Hill has been named to the 2019 edition of Intellectual Asset Management’s Patent 1000: The World’s Leading Practitioners. This distinguished list is derived from an extensive research process and seeks to identify the leading intellectual property professionals across the globe. This is the sixth year in a row that IAM has recognized Steve Hill as among the top 1000 patent lawyers in the world.

 HKW was also named as one of only ten “go to” firms in Georgia for patent litigation. The guidebook states that “When opposing parties see the name Hill, Kertscher & Wharton on the letterhead, they think twice before digging in because they know they are dealing with a well-prepared and tenacious group of trial lawyers.”
